Home Information Packs

The law says that if you want to market your property, you must first prepare a Home Information Pack. This contacts information, some of which is made up of legal documentation, which you must be able to show to prospective purchasers.

An estate agent can prepare this for you and there are many "HIP Providers". However you can also ask us, as your Solicitors, to arrange your HIP for you.

Your home is probably your biggest asset and we think that it is worth getting us to help prepare your HIP to make sure that it is right, and that it is acceptable to ALL selling agents and to all buyers.

We make sure that the cost of the HIP is competitive and we do not ask you to pay us an extra premium for arranging it.

For more information, please speak to Edward Lee or Linda Burridge or simply contact us.

Commercial Property
We have extensive experience in dealing with legal aspects of Commercial Property.

Buying, selling or leasing the property from which you conduct your business or dealing with any property which is used for business purposes can be complicated and requires expert advice and assistance.

This includes all aspects of granting or taking a new commercial lease as a "Landlord" or as a "Tenant".

It also includes dealing with lease renewals whether or not under the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 or concerning many queries which may arise under commercial leases.
